MusiBook is still in build. The terms and conditions exists only as a draft (0.1-draft) and is not something you can rely on — there is no contracting entity behind it yet. It will be published here before it applies to anyone.

The booking rules the app actually enforces today — refund bands, the service fee, request expiry and no-shows — are described on the cancellation policy page.
